Job summary

Primary duties include data entry into EMR, handling referrals and scheduling, and ensuring accurate, complete patient records for charge entry. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical office experience desired.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for patients by phone or in person.
• Verifies patient demographic information and current insurance details.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances.
