Job summary

Millenium Eye Care, Freehold Office, part of Prism Vision Group, seeks a Patient Service Representative for on-site duties in a fast-paced environment. The role handles inbound/outbound patient contact, scheduling, and front-desk workflows with HIPAA compliance and high attention to detail.

The PSR will perform registration, verify insurance, assist with financial counseling, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Travel to other sites may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in a patient-facing healthcare or customer service role preferred.
• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete full registration for patient appointments with attention to quality and policy adherence.
• Initiate pre-registration and ensure accurate demographic/insurance information.
• Verify insurance, benefits, and referrals; validate patient identity and coverage.
