Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-registration and verify demographic and insurance data.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect payments per policy.
• Explain costs, payment options, and scheduling at check-in.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and safeguard confidential information.
• Support patient flow and act as liaison among patients and staff.
• Notify relevant parties about appointments and pre-authorization needs.
• Train other PSR staff and provide outstanding customer service.
