Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and provide courteous, professional service.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling information.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments when applicable.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up scheduling as needed.
• Cover other practice locations as required to support operations.
