Austin Regional Clinic in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to join our patient service team. You will perform check-in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records.

The role requires basic computer skills, accuracy, and a patient-centered approach. Experience in a medical setting is preferred; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using a PC in a Windows environment.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Books appointments and updates demographic info and balances.
• Greets patients and checks them in/out in the computer system.
• Verifies insurance eligibility using online resources.
• Collects payments and balances cash drawer.
• Prints receipts and documents as needed.
• Notifies staff of emergencies and patient arrivals.
• Confirms upcoming appointments and reschedules as needed.
• Ensures HIPAA and company policies are followed.
• Maintains regular attendance and works assigned shifts.
