Job summary

Mosaic Community Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative in East Bend, North Carolina. This full-time position supports clinic operations by providing quality customer service, greeting and scheduling patients, and processing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service over the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments and update records.
• Process sliding scale applications for supervisor.
• Schedule patients according to provider schedules.
• Answer questions and provide timely customer service.

Skills

Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures

Strong math skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluency in Spanish
