Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Access Representative to support patient care delivery in its clinics. The role includes coordinating appointments, handling patient data entry, and serving as a liaison among patients, staff, and providers.

Starting at $16.00 per hour, the position requires strong data entry and customer service skills, along with familiarity with medical terminology. The job involves travel between system facilities as needed and on-site work in Saint Joseph, MO.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Associate's degree or business college certificate preferred.
• Experience in data entry, customer service, and medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments; perform check-in/check-out in clinic.
• Enter patient data accurately in systems; register patients and create visits.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, forms, and documentation.
• Prepare release of information and consent forms; coordinate additional information flow.
• Answer phones and provide receptionist support for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and staff information.
