Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care in Gold Beach, OR seeks a Healthcare Services Coordinator to support patients and families with a patient-centered No Wrong Door approach. You will manage registrations, scheduling, data entry, and information flow across departments to ensure access to appropriate services.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, healthcare clerical experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with EMR and EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clerical/administrative experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 wpm.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and EPIC systems preferred.
• 21+ years old and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families and visitors with a welcoming, respectful environment.
• Serve as a No Wrong Door point of contact for access to programs or services.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, email, or MyChart portal.
• Schedule management: daily appointment monitoring, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Enter or update patient demographics and insurance data in the EMR for data integrity and reporting.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with Finance & Billing for co-pays and balances.
• Coordinate with Adapt departments to identify other points of care within Adapt.
• Provide clear messages in the EMR and relay information to staff.
• Collaborate with Health Information Management Systems for records exchange.
• Participate in meetings and trainings to support team development.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and sensitive information as required.
