Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care in Roseburg, OR is seeking a qualified Receptionist to join the team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, located in Roseburg, OR, with a salary range of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour.

The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling check-in/out, scheduling, phone inquiries, and patient communications while ensuring HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPIC knowledge and basic insurance knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Answer clinic phones and relay messages; make reminder calls as needed.
• Process faxes and route to correct staff; handle incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist with medical records requests and repeat prescriptions; keep reception tidy.
• Check patients in for appointments and collect necessary information for billing and data collection.
• Collect co-pays and balances; check out patients and schedule follow-ups.
• Support patient satisfaction surveys and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
