• Schedule patient visits and diagnostic testing.
• Manage third-party payors and copay collections.
• Maintain front desk inventory and office communications.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of information.
• Support cross-coverage and maintain office organization.
• Keep waiting area tidy and department appearance.
