Qualifications

• ICD-10 coding experience or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage clinical calls and handle complaints.
• Obtain personal and medical information for registration, billing and scheduling.
• Schedule and reschedule patient clinical appointments per guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling of procedures between hospital departments and providers.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and HIPAA compliance.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues to support retention.
