The role involves scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls and chart building, all while maintaining strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical office experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hospital or medical office experience required.
• Experience doing insurance verifications is required.
• Medical billing and coding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
• Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand.
• Show a genuine desire to work and improve the hospital as a whole.
• Extreme multi- tasker
• Strong medical terminology.
• Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
