United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Florida Springs Surgery Center. The role involves scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient communication, and chart building in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hospital or medical office experience, strong medical terminology, and excellent phone etiquette to deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients and care teams.

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, this position is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Many duties including scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls and chart building. Additional business office operational tasks may be assigned.
The Successful candidate will possess outstanding multi-tasking abilities, communication and teamwork as well as the ability to keep up in a fast-paced working environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous successful/positive customer service encounters or programs.
