Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Patient Services Representative I to greet patients, manage check-in, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, and route calls. You will support frontline operations with professionalism and empathy.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Occasional coverage at satellite locations may be needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
