Job summary

Axia Women's Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at the Main Line Women's Healthcare locations. The PSR I greets patients, handles inquiries, schedules appointments, collects copayments, verifies insurance, and supports front-desk operations with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a friendly, multitasking mindset, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with an occasional evening shift across Bryn Mawr, Plymouth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/PSR experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to the waiting area.
• Route calls and manage messages from the answering service.
• Register new or existing patients and activate files.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and support staff as needed.
