Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for patients. This full-time PSR I role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting copays, and supporting daily front-desk workflows at Axia’s sites.

The position requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to cover satellite locations including Horsham, Langhorne, and Abington.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to waiting areas.
• Route calls and messages efficiently and professionally.
• Register new or existing patients and activate files.
• Collect and record copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups and document encounters.
