Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Main Line Women's Healthcare. Coverage flexibility is expected across Bryn Mawr, Plymouth Meeting & King of Prussia.

The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, registration, copay collection, insurance verification, and supporting daily operations. A high school diploma is required, with healthcare front-desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the waiting area.
• Route phone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Register patients and activate patient files; collect copayments as required.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate benefit limitations.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits; document encounters accurately.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and policies (HIPAA & OSHA).
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement.
