RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Comprehensive Family Medicine practice in New Jersey. The role is an hourly, full-time position with a day shift (Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:30pm; Fri 7:30am-3:30pm).
The PSR will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule visits, coordinate with insurance, and maintain patient records with high privacy standards in a busy clinical setting.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience and/or training.A Certified Medical Assistant Certification is required as well. Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient satisfaction and safety and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, previous medical receptionist or general office experience, and knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
