To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience and/or training. Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient satisfaction and safety and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of previous medical receptionist or general office experience, and knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
