Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Sewell, NJ. You will greet patients, collect information, register them, and post payments while maintaining a compassionate front-office flow. This role supports accessible, high-quality breast health services across our centers.

You’ll work full time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with occasional coverage at nearby locations. Minimum two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling; accuracy in processing transactions.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; RIS software familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner; be first point of contact.
• Register patients, input demographics and insurance into RIS, verify information.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, via paper or tablet.
• Process paperwork and maintain confidentiality; link documents to medical records.
• Collect patient payments and explain benefits; verify insurance when needed.
• Prepare paperwork for future appointments; schedule/reschedule as required.
• Generate daily invoice journal and reconcile payments.
