Ashbaugh Beal LLP is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to welcome patients and visitors, register new and returning patients, and collect payments for services at the health center in Albuquerque. You will support patient flow, verify information, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will handle appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic cash handling while ensuring accuracy and patient confidentiality.

Competenze

• High School graduate or GED.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments for scheduled and walk-in visits.
• Update patient records to verify and correct contact information.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or staff.
• Provide general information about FCCH functions to patients.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate offices or staff.
• Schedule new and returning appointments.
• Pull and file medical charts when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
