Qualifications

• Six months work experience.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in.
• Handle cash, reconcile deposits, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Register patients and collect payments per procedures.
• Direct patients to appropriate areas after check-in.
• Coordinate with Member Services, Medical Secretaries, and Business Office.
• Maintain patient information and assist with information capture.
