Qualificações

• 6 months health care financial OR 6 months cash handling OR 6 months customer service experience in high-volume environment.
• 2 years of keyboarding/typing and navigating multiple computer applications in a Windows environment.
• Current KP Coalition employees have waiver per the National Agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients for clinic, hospital, ambulatory, or emergency services and verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect payments and process deposits per cash handling policies; ensure billing accuracy.
• Schedule/cancel appointments and relay messages per guidelines; assist patients with referrals as needed.
• Explain and obtain signatures on regulatory forms and maintain compliance with payer policies and CMS requirements.
