Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage wait times.
• Assist patients with intake and copying documents.
• Collect co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles; issue receipts.
• Manage cashier box and daily deposits per policy.
• Process walk-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Maintain medical records (files/scans; prep for schedule).
• Ensure all correspondence is scanned or filed timely.
• Process requests for medical records release and logs.
