Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients, enter data, and verify insurance.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances.
• Answer calls and emails; coordinate with departments and schedule reminders.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and stay current with regulations.
• Provide general clerical support and data entry.
