Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; may substitute years of experience for education.
• 4 years of clinical management experience in an outpatient clinic required; substitutes allowed with additional education.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service.
• Develop policies, procedures, and best practices; support quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee care standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, infection control).
• Assist with budgeting, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and vendors; prepare reports and agendas.
• Monitor department activities and implement corrective actions as needed.
