Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PA, RN, or APRN with an active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outpatient clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Provide leadership and coaching to clinical and front desk teams.
• Monitor workflows, patient flow, and service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage budgets, equipment planning, and supply costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HRSA, CMS, Joint Commission, and state/federal programs.
• Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Coordinate provider schedules and care referral processes.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies.
• Maintain facility and equipment maintenance coordination.
• Produce performance reports and escalate issues to leadership.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
