• 5+ years of Medical Office experience required.
• EMR training/tests required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing across areas.
• Monitor compliance with regulations (TJC, DOH, HIPAA).
• Manage master staffing schedules and PTO requests.
• Coach staff using performance reports and evaluations.
• Act as liaison between PSRs and management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and audits.
