Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses incoming phone calls and directs to the appropriate contact.
• Corresponds with patients, salespeople, and visitors in a courteous and competent manner.
• Conducts appointment reminder calls and notes documents required for visits.
• Schedules appointments and enters data into the electronic scheduler; tracks changes.
• Provides education and resources to patients and supports care-team coordination.
