Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a Patient Services Manager in Boston, MA, offering a hybrid workplace. You will work with patients, caregivers, physician offices, insurers and partners to ensure access to therapy, manage cases, and maintain compliance with treatment plans.

You will collaborate with field teams, provide guidance on reimbursement options, and support transitions to Chiesi products while coordinating with nurses for training and with CRM systems for patient histories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field preferred.
• 4+ years of prior case management experience in patient support or healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family support to navigate access to therapy.
• Liaise with medical offices to provide updates on patient treatment status.
• Collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy and insurance companies on reimbursement information.
• Counsel on reimbursement options and manage patient transitions to Chiesi products.
• Provide training (injections/infusions) with nurses and maintain CRM case history.
• Resolve reimbursement issues in partnership with Field Reimbursement Directors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field
