Job summary

Chiesi USA seeks a Market Access Operations Analyst to drive data reporting for the Americas Market Access Rare Diseases portfolio. The role focuses on price trends, copay card utilization, payer data, and contracting support across multiple teams.

You will work with HEOR, Finance, Sales, and other departments to deliver insights and maintain up-to-date legislative awareness impacting the GRD portfolio in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 1–2 years experience in pharma/biotech data analytics roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, synthesize data for insights.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, creativity & problem-solving.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and regularly update complex data sets (payer mix, market data).
• Organize and cross-check discounts with Finance and Government pricing.
• Build and update policy forecast trackers with financial inputs.
• Support Market Access policy and contracting needs.
• Perform pricing analyses and reimbursement tracking.
• Lead for Market Access vendors and user access.
