Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• AA or BA preferred.
• Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy or have a Massachusetts Pharmacy Intern License.
• National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT.
• Must pass drug screen as part of employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow patient account base via recruitment and retention of specialty pharmacy services.
• Provide medication adherence support and ensure patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers, payers, and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Oversee operational activities and act as a liaison across hospital departments.
• Assist with prior authorizations, copay assistance, and patient education.
