The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, data tracking in CRM, and thorough documentation to meet KPIs and patient needs in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
• 4+ years of case management or patient support experience in biopharma/rare diseases.
• Experience with reimbursement and communicating complex scenarios to patients and providers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end patient access support and case management to gain therapy access.
• Liaise with medical offices to provide timely treatment status updates.
• Collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy and insurers to obtain reimbursement information.
• Counsel patients on reimbursement options and assist with applications.
• Maintain patient case history in the CRM system and document interactions.
• Troubleshoot reimbursement issues with Field Reimbursement Directors and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Chiesi at patient meetings and industry conferences as needed.
• Travel to sales meetings and medical offices as required.
