Morrison Healthcare in Charleston, SC, is seeking a hospitality-focused Patient Services Manager to oversee our Patient Services Team in an acute care hospital. A strong hospitality and customer service background with team leadership is essential; relocation assistance available.

Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with relocation support. Healthcare experience is not required, but candidates must live in or relocate to the Charleston area and demonstrate exceptional service and dietary

Competenze

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with experience leading and developing teams.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality leadership experience welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of food service or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and prescribed diet requirements.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
