Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in a Charleston, SC hospital. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with relocation assistance and opportunities for growth.

Healthcare experience is not required; a strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership skills is essential. This role focuses on delivering excellent patient dining experiences and coordinating with clinical teams to meet dietary needs.

Competenze

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant/hospitality leadership welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of related experience or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate and timely with excellent service.
