Morrison Healthcare in Charleston, SC is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee the patient dining team in an acute care hospital. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, coordinating meals with clinical dietary needs, and driving patient satisfaction.

Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates. Strong hospitality and customer service backgrounds with leadership experience are essential, along with flexibility to relocate and manage a diverse team in a hospital

Competenze

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with experience leading and developing teams.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality leadership experience welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of food service or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning patient dining technology.
• ServSafe® certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.
