Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead the patient dining team in an acute care hospital in Charleston, SC. Relocation assistance is provided. The role emphasizes hospitality, service excellence, and team leadership to enhance the patient experience.

Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with wiggle room, and strong hospitality background plus leadership experience is valued. Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Charleston area.

Formación

• Hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; other hospitality leadership welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of food service or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience with patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily patient dining operations with accurate, timely service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet dietary needs and prescribed diet requirements.
• Drive patient satisfaction through engagement and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and quality programs.
