Morrison Healthcare in Charleston, SC is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee our patient dining team in an acute-care hospital. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with relocation assistance offered.

We value hospitality and customer service, and seek a strong leader who can develop staff and partner with clinical teams to meet dietary needs. Relocation support is provided for candidates in or willing to relocate to Charleston.

Competenze

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience; hospitality leadership welcome.
• Associate degree with one year of food service experience, or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; learn patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD a plus.

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and prescribed diet requirements.
• Drive patient satisfaction through team engagement, service follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives, department meetings, and facility quality improvement programs.
