Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a hospitality-focused Patient Services Manager to oversee our Patient Services Team in an acute care hospital in Charleston, SC. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant/hotel/hospitality leadership welcome.
• Associate degree with one year of food service or Bachelor’s in related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and prescribed diet requirements.
• Drive patient satisfaction through team engagement, service follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives, department meetings, and facility quality improvement programs.
