Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee the patient dining operations in Charleston, SC. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with relocation assistance and growth potential within the Charleston area.

We seek a hospitality-focused leader with a strong customer service background and experience leading teams. Healthcare experience is not required, but a background in guest service is essential.

Competenze

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with experience leading and developing teams.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality leadership experience welcomed.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred; strong communication skills.

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and prescribed diet requirements.
• Drive patient satisfaction through team engagement, service follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives, department meetings, and facility quality improvement programs.
