The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality and customer service background and proven leadership in team development.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service or related experience preferred.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in food service management or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs and prescribed diets.
• Drive patient satisfaction through team engagement and continuous improvement.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and quality improvement programs.
