Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a Patient Services Manager. You will oversee patient food service, ensure satisfaction, and manage resources to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a B.S. in related field or Associate’s with experience; three years in acute/long-term care is preferred. ServSafe and P&L knowledge are desirable. Great benefits accompany full-time roles.

Formación

• B.S. in Food Services Tech/Management or related field; or Associate’s with relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Registered Dietitian, Registered Diet Technician or CDM preferred; ServSafe desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes goals and oversees patient food service needs based on medical direction and contract.
• Plans and supervises the patient food assembly and service.
• Complies with dietary restrictions to meet optimal preferences.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations.
• Participates in Performance Improvement initiatives to improve processes.
• Leads safety policies and occurrence reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
