Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates front office daily functions and patient check-out processes.
• Verifies patient information, insurance, and financial details in scheduling systems.
• Collects copayments and payments, processes bank deposits, and reconciles accounts.
• Schedules, cancels, and reschedules appointments; confirms patient visits.
• Provides training and serves as a lead resource for staff as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and delivers compassionate, patient-centered service.
