Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confidence learning new systems and skills.
• Strong communication and customer service demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a moderately paced setting.
• Experience with ICD & CPT coding is a plus.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and clinical staff.
• Perform routine scheduling and administrative functions.
• Manage multiple tasks such as answering phones, filing, and processing documentation.
• Complete charge entry and cash handling accurately.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and insurance companies (including referrals and authorizations).
• Support quality assurance activities and help maintain a clean, organized office environment.
