Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors; registers and checks in patients.
• Answers calls, relays messages, and coordinates with physician offices.
• Handles check-out processes, co-pay collections, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintains cash drawer and processes deposits when assigned.
• Routes mail, handles referrals, and schedules appointments.
