Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare field and medical office protocols.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties when staffing needs require; greet patients and answer phones.
• Register patients, check-in/check-out, collect co-pays and balances.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Review registration accuracy and coordinate process improvements.
• Provide weekly reports on provider schedules to Management.
• Respond to patient questions and de-escalate complaints.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adhere to CMS guidelines.
