Job summary

PathGroup is seeking a Patient Service Team Leader to support PSCs and IOPSTs, ensuring accurate, on-time work and a safe environment. This role also provides admin and training support to supervisors and acts as a backup to the area supervisor.

You will travel to client locations, implement SOPs, coach phlebotomists, and assist with QA audits while maintaining high service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior job-related experience.
• Reliability in transportation and communication is required.
• Proof of auto insurance is required.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations within a designated region on short notice.
• Assist with SOP implementation for patient services per PathGroup guidelines.
• Act as backup to the Patient Services Supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate work of PSC/IOPST to maintain production and service levels.
• Provide training, coaching, and input on phlebotomist performance.
• Perform site visits and participate in QA audits.
