PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician to support the Patient Services Center and in-office PST operations. You will collect specimens, interact professionally with clients and patients, and handle data entry and documentation in PathGroup systems.

• Phlebotomy and PSC specimen collection performed accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate electronic data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides courteous service.
• Ensures specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explains venipuncture and specimen collection in a clear, courteous manner.
• Disposes of biohazard materials per laws and policies.
• Completes requisitions and inputs data into PathConnect and related systems.
• Maintains daily records and logs for PSC/IOPST.
• Assists with monthly statistics and data compilation.
• Performs basic clerical duties and electronic data entry.
