• Answer calls, relay messages, and coordinate with referring offices.
• Handle check-out processes including co-pay collection and scheduling follow-ups.
• Monitor patient wait times and escalate when needed to staff.
• Process incoming mail and distribute documents; track patient information.
• Coordinate referrals and medical records for new appointments.
• Schedule appointments and manage payments as assigned.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile daily deposits.
• Contact insurance providers for pre-certifications as required.
• Utilize job-related software; may travel to other facilities.
