Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors, registers and checks in, updates demographics and insurance.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and communicate with referring offices.
• Manage scheduling, check-out tasks including co-pays and deposits.
• Monitor patient wait times and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Handle mail, referrals, and maintain patient records.
• Travel may be required to other facilities.
• Maintain cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.
• Obtain registrations or pre-certifications from insurance as needed.
• Utilize EMR and clinic software to document activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and patient-focused service.
